GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Four Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) individuals have been named to the 2026 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) NCAA Division III Region IX All-Defensive Team. In addition, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater’s Aaron Holland received a Gold Glove.
Holland also received all-defensive team recognition and was joined on the squad by UW-Eau Claire’s Logan Hesselman, UW-La Crosse’s Chris Calico and UW-Platteville’s Evan Bohr.
Holland threw out 20 runners for a .487 caught stealing percentage, one of the highest in NCAA Division III. He allowed only two passed balls this season, recording 331 putouts and 40 assists, tallying a .992 fielding percentage.
Hesselman recorded 363 putouts and 12 assists with only three errors for a .992 fielding percentage. He helped turn 36 double-plays.
Calico recorded 127 putouts and 10 assists with only one error for a .992 fielding percentage.
Bohr had just one error across 117 chances for a .991 fielding percentage. He led the Pioneers with 82 assists and turned five double plays. Bohr played his final 33 games of the season without an error.
