- If you have an existing CivicRec account and cannot get logged in, do NOT create another account. Please contact the Recreation Office at: parkandrec@veronawi.gov or 608-848-6815.
Residency
When registering for a program or reserving a park, please keep in mind the following: the resident and non-resident fees are determined by the location of your residence. These fees are not based on your school district or mailing address, but rather where you pay your property taxes. If you do not live within the municipal boundaries of the City of Verona you are a non-resident, regardless of your school district or mailing address, because your property taxes do not help support the City of Verona Recreation Department.
Activity transfers and refunds
- If you wish to transfer your registration from one session to another (within the same activity), please contact the Rec Dept for a transfer. If you sign up for the second session and then ask to be removed from the original session, you will be charged the refund fee as outlined below. NOTE: Below is the standard refund policy. Some programs may have a modified refund policy, which is outlined in the program's description and on the registration receipt.
- All refunds (credit card, check, and account credit) will be subject to a $10.00 charge (unless otherwise noted in the program description) per program, per child.
- Requested cancellations within two weeks (14 days) of the start of the program will receive a 50% refund.
- No refund will be given after the first session or practice has taken place. A prorated refund will be given only in the case that severe illness or injury prevents participation.
- Full refunds will be given if the Recreation Department cancels a program.
