For Kali Zingg, it’s all about breathing new life into home and workspaces.
And that includes everything from residential and commercial plumbing and emergency repairs to full-scale kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling.

In it Kali and her team manage an entire kitchen or bathroom renovation from start to finish, handling everything from initial design and fixture selection to permits, construction and final cleanup. During her initial meeting with a client, Kali gets an idea of what styles and finishes might interest them.
“Then we build on to that from their direction,” she said. “For example, if they like a certain tile finish, we will start to build their projects aesthetic. Or if they have an inspirational picture and want to share it, that’s great. This is their space they are creating and I want them to love their space.”
Kali said working inside someone’s home is personal.

Kali’s mom, Dina Opsahl, is the chief executive officer and her dad, Mark, is a master plumber of trade and president. Her husband, Jon, and brother- and sister-in-law are also among the 120 employees at the company.
