Madison Senior Center & Coalitions provide programs and resources to help seniors age 60 and over stay independent and active. We provide case management services, as well as senior activities, a nutrition program, and a home chore program and other program services.

Case Management Program

---

Our Case Management Program enables senior adults to safely remain in their homes by providing support and community resources. Our case managers work with support groups to coordinate any services that are needed. Contact us for more information.

Nutrition Program

---

We provide nutritious meals for senior adults Monday through Friday at the West Madison Senior Center, Lussier Community Education Center, Meadowood Neighborhood Center and Lechayim-Temple Beth El. Seniors age 60 and over: donations of $4.00 are suggested, but please only pay what you can. Meals costs $10.23 for those under 60. Contact us for more information.

 

 

Home Chore Program

The Home Chore Program was established to help seniors remain independent and in their own homes. Volunteers will help with light household and outdoor chores, including vacuuming, dusting, dishwashing, mowing, shoveling and more.
