About Kabul Restaurant
Kabul serves Afghan and Mediterreanean cuisine on State Street. The menu holds a nice selection of entrees, heavy on vegetarian and chicken dishes, but also offering lamb, beef and fish. In addition to stews and kabobs, other menu favorites are chicken stuffed with feta cheese, spinach and mushrooms; lamb and spinach cooked with onions and garlic; medallions of beef with onions, green peppers and mushrooms; and a duck strudel prepared with phyllo dough, wild rice and shiitake mushrooms served with a sherry-cranberry sauce.
