Delaney's motto is "Steaks Are What We Do Best," and that's probably true, and they can easily compete with Madison's other, better-known steak houses. The Black Angus, Prime and Choice steer is cut on premises, and the attention to detail is evident. You can expect steak to be cooked exactly as you requested, juicy and full of flavor, and the Bernaise sauce has perfect texture and just the right amount of tarragon.
