JBM Patrol & Protection provides armed & unarmed security services for your residence or business needs.

We take pride in the security officers we employ and assign to our customers. We are not the security company who hires people just to fill slots, we believe in providing customer service and matching the best security officer to the assignment he/she is suited for. We will not provide security officers are not able to do the job nor will we employ security officers who have a felony record or questionable previous employment backgrounds. We guarantee our security officers will speak English, be able to read, write and communicate with the public, have a driver's license and have completed our basic training. We guarantee our security officers will understand their role in society, understand their authority, what use of force is, the laws pertaining to their profession and client expectations. Uniformed Officers will be in the proper uniform and two-way radio equipped.

Our executive management team is made up of police officers. James B. Mankowski, President who leads the Madison, Wisconsin office is an active part-time sworn police officer. Michael A. Bennett, District Captain who leads the Milwaukee, Wisconsin officer is also an active part-time sworn police officer. Randy Olson, General Manager is a retired City of Minneapolis Police Sergeant. The values these men hold are passed along to watch commanders, administrative staff and line officers.

We offer the most thoroughly screened, best trained, and most strictly supervised officers. More applicants fail than pass our pre-employment tests, which include drug screening.

We provide both armed and unarmed security officers, depending on your needs. Both have passed our rigorous standards. But those who have qualified as unarmed security officers and wish to also qualify as armed security officers must meet additional testing and training requirements and have a solid work history within the JBM organization.
