Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Nursing services provided in thoroughly cleaned clinic as well as in your home. All staff monitor temperatures and complete a symptom questionnaire daily, follow all Federal, State and Company policies to prevent the spread of any virus or disease, have ample access to PPE, and maintain the strictest of precautions in order to keep staff and clients safe and healthy. Stellar Rehab will assist with obtaining the proper orders and verify insurance coverage prior to initiation of care.
