All of our cleaning is done on site at our facility. It is handled by a team of experts, including fourth- and fifth-generation members of the family.

All rug cleanings start with an inspection, then we de-sand it. Each rug is pre-washed using special spotting techniques followed by washing, rinsing and wringing multiple times. No harsh chemicals are used in our washing process!

Each rug is hung or dried flat in our special low-humidity, positive-pressure dry room, where we can dry rugs in a matter of hours.

All of our cleaning is done on site at our facility. We use a multiple-pass system and wash until the rug is clean
