Badgers in the NFL: Check out which former UW stars made NFL rosters

As NFL teams made final cuts to their rosters this week, 26 former University of Wisconsin players made a team's initial 53-man group.

Seven former Badgers offensive linemen made NFL teams this year, continuing the program's success of producing pro-quality linemen. UW will also have eight linebackers among its pro alumni. 

Some ex-Badgers — like defensive lineman Beau Allen (New England), running back Melvin Gordon (Denver) and linebacker Joe Schobert (Jacksonville) — are in their first seasons with new teams. Former UW linebacker Vince Biegel is sidelined for the year after tearing his Achilles tendon in training camp

UW is likely to have a few more former stars such as Dare Ogunbowale and Chris Orr sign with teams after being cut Saturday.
