Joe Ferguson: Filling in for injured starter D’Cota Dixon, the UW senior safety collected three turnovers in Indiana territory. The Badgers converted all three takeaways into touchdowns.
Michael Deiter: UW’s left tackle recovered a fumble by UW freshman tailback Jonathan Taylor at the Indiana 12 early in the fourth quarter. Deiter’s hustle kept alive a drive that ended with Alec Ingold scoring a touchdown that gave the Badgers a 31-17 lead.
Nick Nelson: The UW junior cornerback was flagged three times for pass interference. One was declined, but only because Indiana’s Simmie Cobbs Jr. beat Nelson for a 17-yard touchdown.
