A goal-line stand by the Florida Atlantic defense draws a reaction from Paul Chryst during the 31-14 victory on Sept. 9 at Camp Randall Stadium. UW scored the game's final 10 points.

Four days after receiving his first Power Five offer from the University of Wisconsin, North Carolina athlete Marcus Graham decided his recruitment didn’t need to extend any further.

Graham announced his commitment to the Badgers via Twitter on Friday afternoon, becoming the ninth pledge in UW’s 2019 recruiting class.

The 6-foot, 175-pound Graham played both quarterback and wide receiver for Mountain Island Charter School last season and is thought to project as a wide receiver or cornerback for the Badgers.

Graham, a two-star prospect by Rivals and unranked by 247sports, reportedly took a two-day visit to Madison earlier this week and also had offers from Air Force, East Carolina and others.

He joins offensive linemen Logan Brown and Joe Tippmann, quarterback Graham Mertz, tight end Hayden Rucci, athlete Leo Chenal, running back Julius Davis, wide receiver Nolan Groulx and safety Bryson Shaw in UW’s 2019 recruiting class.
