Bucks' Jabari Parker grabs a rebound in front of Pacers' Myles Turner in the first half Wednesday night.

MILWAUKEE — Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 20 points and Jabari Parker had 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Milwaukee Bucks to a 111-103 victory against the Indiana Pacers in the preseason finale on Wednesday night at the Bradley Center.

Milwaukee led 55-52 at halftime but the Pacers went on a 29-16 run to begin the third quarter and opened a 10-point lead.

The Bucks cut the deficit to 85-82 at the end of the quarter.

“The third quarter we gave up 33 points again,” Bucks coach Jason Kidd told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. “That’s something we’ve got to talk and get better at.

“The guys kept playing. As much as we gave up points, we also scored. It didn’t hurt us as bad as it has in the past.”

Milwaukee went 3-3 in the preseason.

“There were a lot of good things to end training camp. Now it’s time for us to start preparing for the season and Charlotte,” Kidd said.

Milwaukee opens the regular season Oct. 26 when former University of Wisconsin athlete Frank Kaminsky and the Charlotte Hornets visit the Bradley Center.

Swingman Tony Snell, acquired this week in the deal that sent guard Michael Carter-Williams to the Chicago Bulls, was inactive for Milwaukee. Matthew Dellavedova made all four of his shots, finishing with nine points and seven assists.

Earlier Wednesday, the Bucks exercised the fourth-year option on Parker’s rookie-scale contract. The 21-year-old will be owed about $6.8 million in the fourth year of the deal. He will make about $5.4 million this season.

Parker will be eligible for a contract extension prior to the 2017-2018 season.

Antetokounmpo was in the same situation this fall and signed a four-year, $100 million contract.
