A fire that occurred just after midnight on Saturday in Sun Prairie displaced four residents and left their home with damages estimated at $185,000.
Upon arrival at the 900 block of Pilgrim Trail, the Sun Prairie Fire Department observed heavy smoke and fire at the front of the home, according to department spokeswoman Angela White.
Fire was discovered on the first floor and in the basement, said White.
Crews remained on the scene until about 6:30 a.m. to carryout an initial investigation of the incident.
According to White, two of the residents were evaluated for smoke inhalation and no firefighters were injured.
The fire remains under investigation.
