Madison's Sequoya and Monroe libraries had to close early Thursday when their air conditioning systems failed, but the city says those branches are open again on Friday after regaining their air conditioning.
According to a city news release, Sequoya Library at 4340 Tokay Blvd. is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., while Monroe Library, 1705 Monroe St., will be open from 1-9 p.m.
