It’s easy to prevent being a victim of car-related thefts. Here are some steps to help prevent your contents from being stolen from your vehicle.

Tokiee D. Sole, 43, of Madison, was arrested after he shot multiple times at a person authorities believe he was in a domestic relationship with on the 5800 block of Balsam Road just before 4 a.m., Officer Hunter Lisko said in a statement. No one was injured in the shooting but bullets hit a vehicle and building, Lisko said.

Sole fled the scene in a vehicle, but was later found by police. Police used a beanbag round to subdue Sole because he was noncompliant, Lisko said. A loaded gun was later found in the vehicle, Lisko said.
