A man robbed another man at gunpoint early Sunday morning on the South Side, Madison police said.
The suspect came from behind the victim at about 1:45 a.m. on the 300 block of Kent Lane and demanded his wallet while pointing a handgun at him, said Madison police Sgt. Ryan Gibson.
The victim kept his walled but gave the suspect a small amount of cash before the suspect fled through an apartment complex.
The victim wasn't injured, Gibson said, adding that the suspect made a comment about a female the victim knew.
