Madison police find shell casings after shots fired on South Side

Shell casing were found after several reports of shots fired on the South Side Friday night, police said. 

Officers responded to the incident on the 2800 block of Foxwood Trail around 6:10 p.m., according to Madison Police.

Several residents had reported hearing multiple gunshots. 

Officers found a number of shell casings in the street. So far, there have been no reported injuries.
