The coldest game in National Football League history failed to stop the Green Bay Packers from winning their third straight NFL Title on Dec. 31, 1967. With just 13 seconds, and no timeouts, left in the game, Bart Starr took the ball and followed Jerry Kramer into the end zone to beat the Dallas Cowboys 21-17. Played in temperatures that had "warmed" to 13 below at game time, it is considered one of the greatest in NFL history, and is now referred to as the "Ice Bowl."
