CAMPECHE, Mexico (AP) -- Luis Mateo tossed a five-hit complete game and Fernando Perez hit a three-run home run and had two hits, as the Piratas de Campeche topped the Olmecas de Tabasco 11-2 in the first game of a doubleheader on Wednesday.

Mateo (1-4) allowed two runs while striking out two and walking four to get the win.

Campeche took the lead in the first when Perez hit a three-run home run.

Campeche later scored in four additional innings, including a four-run second, when Olmo Rosario hit a two-run single and then scored on a two-run double by Henry Alejandro Rodriguez to help finish off the blowout.

Enrique Oquendo (2-3) went 1 2/3 innings, allowing seven runs and five hits in the Mexican League game. He also struck out one and walked three.
