Hands on Wisconsin: Madison diocese drives progressives from flock

Madison area Catholic schools and parishes are seeing declining enrollment and membership.

Bishop Donald Hying appears to be pushing a more conservative form of Catholicism with an emphasis on hot button social issues. But many of Madison's more progressive Catholics would rather focus on the social justice component of the Catholic faith.
