UW-Madison engineering students create an electric bike that tops speeds of 35 miles an hour
Members of the UW-Madison Human Powered Vehicle Club have created a bike that's not-so-human powered, as the competition they're preparing for this spring has since allowed batteries to be integrated as e-bikes grow in popularity.
