Monona police have released a surveillance video image of a man believed to be connected to a shooting incident that left one man injured early on July 10.
Two people already had been arrested in connection to the incident in the parking lot of AmericInn Hotel and Suites, 101 W. Broadway, that happened at about 12:45 a.m. on July 10, Monona police said on Tuesday.
This was shortly after a large fight broke out in the parking lot of Tully's II Food and Spirits, 6401 Monona Drive. The parking lots are next to each other.
As police moved in to disperse the crowd, a loud argument was heard in the hotel parking lot, and a man came running toward an officer. The man was bleeding from a gunshot wound to his hand. The injury was non-life-threatening.
Nichelle Shea-Pierce, 27, Madison, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and Michael Ware, 29, Janesville, was charged with theft and criminal damage to property.
