A Madison man was killed and four people injured early Tuesday in a head-on crash in Grant County.
The crash happened at about 2:30 a.m. on Highway 18 near Fuller Hollow Road and closed the highway for about five hours, the Grant County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.

Isiaka Barrow, 50, Madison, was westbound on Highway 18 when his vehicle drifted across the center line on a curve and hit an eastbound vehicle head on. Barrow was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle, Justin Ambrose, 33, Deville, Louisiana, was seriously injured and flown to a La Crosse hospital.
Three passengers in the pickup truck Ambrose was driving — Tyler Waters, 23, Saltillo, Mississippi; Jerry Hollingsworth, 21, Pineville, Louisiana; and Kenny Vestal, 56, Lake Havasu, Arizona — suffered minor injuries and were treated and released.
The four people in the pickup truck were a work crew from Railroad Controls Ltd. of Texas.
The cause of the crash has not been determined and is under investigation.
