Enter the Wisconsin Technology Council, the nonprofit, bipartisan science and tech policy advisory board to Wisconsin's governor and Legislature. WTC President Tom Still joined Wedge Issues recently to talk about Wisconsin's tech scene, Foxconn, F-35s and more.
