Update 8:30 a.m.: The semi-trailer truck rollover crash scene has been cleared. Traffic is moving, albeit slowly, in the westbound lanes of the Beltline near Gammon Road.
A semi-trailer truck rollover has caused a backup of about a mile and half in the westbound Beltline near Gammon Road Wednesday morning, authorities reported.
The state traffic operations center said the left lane of the westbound Beltline was shut down so crews could clear the scene.
The crash was reported at 7:11 a.m. Wednesday, and the backup was put at a mile and a half at 7:35 a.m.
It should take about an hour for the scene to be cleared, the traffic operations center said.
No injuries were reported.
