Garibaldi is a new Mexican restaurant at 117 S. Butler St. in Madison, owned by Felipe Francisco Juan and his family.

The Lin salad at Garibaldi on Butler Street includes grilled citrus marinated chicken strips, cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, cucumbers and greens with chipotle mango dressing.

Pollo Caribe at Garibaldi Mexican Restauran features grilled chicken breasts topped with shrimp and cheese, served with rice and vegetables.

For the Piña Tropical at Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant, a grilled pineapple is stuffed with fajita meat, shrimp wrapped in bacon, onions, bell pepper and cheese.

Tacos Al Pastor at Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant come with guajillo marinated pork tips, grilled pineapple, onions and cilantro on corn tortillas, served with fresh guacamole, rice and beans.

The Burrito Badger at Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant is filled with ground beef, rice, beans, lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and tomatoes and is topped with cheese dip and mild red sauce.

The Fili Quesadilla at Garbaldi is made with a spinach tortilla and stuffed with cheese, spinach, black beans, grilled com, guacamole and sour cream. It comes with a side of creamy tomatillo sauce.

Crispy on the outside with melted cheese inside, the Burrito Fiesta at Garibaldi comes with grilled steak or grilled chicken.

Garibaldi makes its fresh guacamole tableside with ripe avocado, lime juice, chopped tomato, fresh jalapeño, cilantro, onions, garlic and salt.

Named for a beloved plaza in Mexico City where mariachi musicians play, Garibaldi is a new two story Mexican restaurant on Butler Street.

Garibaldi replaced Blue Agave at 117 S. Butler St. in Madison.

When COVID-19 occupancy restrictions allow, Garibaldi Restaurant will expand indoor seating to include the upstairs dining area.
