Johnson St. It now serves dinner all week, from 4-10 p.m. daily, with about two dozen seats total. On any given night, owner Mike Parks may greet diners at the door. At Hone, pork and cheese lumpia are filled with pork, cheese, chives, carrots and cabbage. They are wrapped in fried rice paper and served with two sauces: sweet chili and habanero horseradish mustard in Madison. NICOLE HANSEN The Ultra Violette cocktail, served at Hone, is a mix of tequila, lime, creme de violette, maple syrup and Szechaun peppercorn, served with salted amarena cheeries.
