We often spend much of our lives on autopilot, worrying about the future and ruminating about the past. This experiential talk will teach simple and practical ways for incorporating mindfulness into daily life. We’ll explore various pathways of dropping into the present moment so that more of life can come through. As you cultivate mindful awareness, a deeper connection with yourself begins to form and dreams that lie dormant in your heart begin to awaken.
