"The Wisconsin Supper Club Experience" menu features Midwest fare typically found in Wisconsin's iconic supper clubs.  For this intimate dinner, Chef Josh Pleasnick offers his riff and pairs each of the seven courses with a Yahara Bay Distillers' cocktail or spirit.
