Dane County’s first distiller, Yahara Bay Distillers, will host a Fitch-Rona Pancake Breakfast in June during the distiller’s two-month Preserve Festival that raises awareness and funds for the FEED Kitchens.
Chef Josh Pleasnick will offer traditional pancakes as well as bourbon blueberry herbed pancakes, served with Yahara Bay’s Bourbon Barreled Maple Syrup. The breakfast includes a choice of sausage or 3RD GEAR Candied Bacon or Wisconsin-based Nueske’s bacon.
The Fitch-Rona Pancake Breakfast will take place from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Yahara Bay Distillers, 6250 Nesbitt Road location in Fitchburg, WI. The Bourbon Barreled Maple Syrup, aged for six months in barrels that previously held Yahara Bay Bourbon, will be available for sale in addition to Yahara Bay’s Limited Maple Cask Whiskey.
