Turning memories into memoir essays presents a spectacular opportunity to explore the writing craft while you discover new perspectives on your life. Each week in this 6-week workshop we'll discuss different aspects of writing short memoir essays, then read and share our stories. You'll produce up to five short essays (3-5 pages) that reflect your adventures, observations, and unique writing talents. About the Instructor: Sarah White is a published author and personal historian. She holds a Journalism degree from Indiana University, a certificate in Reminiscence and Life Story Work from the University of Wisconsin-Superior, and an MFA in Creative Nonfiction from University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
