William Petasnick, who recently retired as president and CEO of Froedtert Health System in Milwaukee, is joining the board of directors of Erdman Co. The Madison firm specializes in health care consulting, facility planning, development, design and construction.
Over his 19-year tenure, Froedtert Health grew to three hospitals, revenues of $1.2 billion and a staff of more than 9,000, Erdman said in Wednesday’s announcement. Froedtert is affiliated with the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Erdman was acquired in April by Lubar & Co., a Milwaukee-based private equity firm. David Lubar, president of Lubar & Co., is chairman of the board at Froedtert Health.
Erdman, with headquarters at 1 Erdman Place, has seven offices around the country.
