Madison, WI - Attorneys Roy Fine, Mark Maciolek and Jason Reed have been named shareholders with the law firm of Murphy Desmond S.C., effective January 1, 2018.
Fine's legal practice brings over 35 years of assisting clients on business matters, estate planning and real estate, including tax legal matters for businesses and families and business succession planning. Fine earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, and his undergraduate degree from UW-Madison. He works in the firm's Appleton and Madison offices.
Maciolek works primarily with clients in criminal defense, juvenile defense and bankruptcy. He is bilingual and able to assist the firm's Spanish-speaking clients. Maciolek has been consistently named on lists for Wisconsin Super Lawyers® Rising Stars. He has a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School and an undergraduate degree from UW-Madison.
Reed is a business lawyer assisting start-up companies and established businesses with contracts, tax matters and securities issues. He has a law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Herzing University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Herzing.
