As of 5/13/2021 all workers of Scot Forge
Company (105 Scot Drive, Clinton, WI)
involved in the production of open die
metal forgings who experience(d) a layoff
from January 29, 2020 – January 29,
2022 are eligible to apply for Trade
Adjustment Assistance (TAA).
TAA benefits include tuition assistance for
occupational retraining, weekly stipends
for workers in occupational retraining,
reemployment wage subsidies for workers age 50+, out-of-area job search and
relocation assistance, and eligibility for
the Health Coverage Tax Credit.
Certain deadlines apply. To ensure full
benefit eligibility apply before 11/11/2021.
