3. A legal description and map of the Public Service Strip to be vacated is attached to this Notice.

located in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 32, T7N, R9E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 12, Block 20, Plat of Blocks 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, Nakoma; thence S53°15’23”W, 204.78 feet along the Southeasterly line of said Lot
12, to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Waban Hill; thence Southerly along said Easterly right-of-way line on a curve to the left which has a radius of 321.00 feet
