of a non-refundable fee of $55.00. If

requested the non-refundable deposit fee will be $110.00. Requests
for paper plans are to be accompanied by the General Engineering
Plan Request Form (PRF). The

Bids must be accompanied by bid
security in the form of a certified
check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that
