help in identifying a suspicious person.
On November 5th at 3:20pm, a 13-year old girl, walking home from
school on Westbrook Lane, reported being touched inappropriately.
The victim said a man, who told her he was 16, began walking with her

As he was about to depart, he asked for a hug. While she did not

inappropriately. The victim immediately went home and contacted a

The suspect is described as a male black, dark complexion, 5 foot 8,
