The decision to continue or postpone a concert due to weather
conditions will be made at 3 pm on concert days.
Tune in to WKOW TV Channel 27 or Magic 98 (98.1 FM) for the official
announcement, or look for the announcement on our homepage
at wcoconcerts.org, or through our app. If the concert is postponed
at that time, it will be held the following day. If the concert is not
postponed at 3 pm, and is subsequently canceled due to poor
weather conditions, that week’s concert will not be held.

Do not dump alcohol on
the lawn; it kills the grass.

Use only low height chairs
on the lawn, with (6 inch)
tubular, “U”-shaped legs.

•

No tables with standard legs.

•

No rocks, bricks, stakes or
tarps on the Capitol lawn.

No pets.

between sponsorship and the cost of the performances.
American Family Insurance & an anonymous donor has generously
awarded the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra with a $36,000 matching
grant to encourage greater giving from the community. Please provide

will be matched dollar-for-dollar, doubling the impact of your gift!

RAFFLE

Looking to pocket some fast cash? Through the WCO’s
50/50 Raffle, one lucky attendee at Concerts on the Square®
will walk away as the winner of a cash prize!
The winner will receive half of the proceeds from the game’s raffle ticket
sales that concert and the remaining 50% will benefit the programming and
community engagement activities of the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra
Raffle tickets can be purchased at WCO donation tents, the
WCO Information Booth on Pinckney Street, and from the
Raffle volunteers in yellow vests in the vendor area.

Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and experience
live outdoor music in downtown Madison. More than 80 volunteers
are needed each week to stage our largest concerts of the season,
helping us welcome over 30,000 Madisonians a week to the Capitol
Square. We hope you’ll join us for one of Madison’s finest summertime
traditions and we can’t wait to see you on the Square!
