NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS IN LAKE DELTON, WISCONSIN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the governing body of the Village of Lake Delton, Wisconsin has declared its intention to exercise its police power in accordance with
66.0703, Wis. Stats. and Village of Lake Delton Municipal Code, Chapter 70, to levy special assessments upon property within the following described assessment districts for
benefits conferred upon the property by the improvement of sewer main, water main, sanitary sewer service, water service and other related appurtenances.
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The proposed districts consist of the following:
FLATH ROAD
Those properties within the Village of Lake Delton that front Flath Road from Hill Place to Canyon Road, to provide better fire protection and offer water service and sanitary sewer
to residents within the Village limits. The properties identified in this report will directly benefit from this project through the receipt of the following improvements: sewer main and
water main with associated appurtenances. See attached map, Exhibit 1.
WHITE PINE DRIVE
Those properties within the Village of Lake Delton that front White Pine Drive from Flath Road to Canyon Road, to provide better fire protection and offer water service and sanitary
sewer to residents within the Village limits. The properties identified in this report will directly benefit from this project through the receipt of the following improvements: sewer main
and water main with associated appurtenances. See attached map, Exhibit 2.
ELIZABETH STREET
Those properties within the Village of Lake Delton that front Elizabeth Street from Winnebago Street to West Lake Ave, to provide better fire protection and offer water service and
sanitary sewer to residents within the Village limits. The properties identified in this report will directly benefit from this project through the receipt of the following improvements:
sewer main and water main with associated appurtenances. See attached map, Exhibit 3.
WINNEBAGO STREET
Those properties within the Village of Lake Delton that front Winnebago Street, currently not serviced, from Elizabeth Street to Clara Ave, to provide better fire protection and offer
water service and sanitary sewer to residents within the Village limits. The properties identified in this report will directly benefit from this project through the receipt of the following
improvements: sewer main and water main with associated appurtenances. See attached map, Exhibit 4
Parcel 146-0346-50000
Parcel 146-0346-50000 that is within the Village of Lake Delton to provide better fire protection and offer water service and sanitary sewer to a parcel within the Village limits. The
property identified in this report will directly benefit from this project through the receipt of the following improvements: sewer main and water main with associated appurtenances.

A report showing final plans and specifications, final cost of improvements and proposed assessments is on file in the municipal Clerk’s office and may be inspected there
during any business day between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
You are further notified that the governing body of Lake Delton, Wisconsin, will hear all interested persons, or their agents or attorneys, concerning matters contained in
the final resolution authorizing the assessments and in the above described report at 4:00 p.m. on the 9th day of December, 2019, at the following location: Kay C Mackesey
Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South, Lake Delton, Wisconsin 53940. All objections will be considered at the hearing and thereafter the amount of the
assessments will be finally determined.
