Request for Proposals for Maintenance Building Renovation – 127 School Rd.
The Portage Community School District is accepting letters of interest from general
contractors interested in renovating a building for district use, located at 127 School Rd.
Interested parties may receive a project scope summary and submit a letter of interest
by September 20, 2019 in person to the Gerstenkorn Administration Building, 305
E. Slifer St., Portage, WI 53901 (Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.) After that time,
all interested parties will be contacted with a scheduled time to meet with district staff
and architects to conduct a walk-through of the property and have questions answered.
At that time, a bidding timeline will be announced.
All necessary work needs to be completed by July 15, 2020.
