THIS WORKSHOP IS CREATED FOR YOU IF YOU:

Care for someone with diagnosed or suspected Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
Struggle to understand challenging behaviors of someone with FASD
Want to know what you can do to help someone with FASD be successful
Want to avoid your own BURN-OUT while caring for someone with FASD
Work as a:
o Parent/Caregiver of a child or adult with a Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
o Adoption Support Counselor
o Behavioral Therapist
o Residential Treatment or Correctional Social Worker, Psychologist, Therapist
o Group Home Provider for adults with developmental disabilities
o Teacher or Job Coach for individuals with developmental disabilities

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

- A day-long workshop filled with practical tools and strategies for preventing
and for dealing with the challenging, risk-taking, and self-defeating behaviors
associated with FASD
- A new way to look at behaviors and expectations through a “Cognitive Skills Lens”
- “Ask the Expert” opportunity to get your most pressing behavioral
concerns addressed
- Opportunities to individualize concepts and tools to your particular situation
and setting

COST: $110 before Sept 21. $130 after Sept 20. Meals provided.
