Juneau County Public Works Department HELP WANTED The Juneau County Public Works Department is seeking an individual to perform skilled work in the preventative maintenance and mechanical repair, of gasoline, diesel powered and other power driven equipment; and related work as required under the supervision of the Shop Foreman. Successful Candidate must also to be able to work as a highway maintenance worker under the supervision of either the State or County Supervisor when performing highway maintenance work if needed. Training and Experience:Any combination of training and experience equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of experience in the repair of light and heavy automotive, construction, and maintenance equipment which includes a substantial emphasis on diesel engines.Any combination of training and/or experience in highway maintenance and repair of tools and equipment. Must be able to obtain a CDL, class A, B, C, and D and endorsement N within the 6 month probation period. Must be available nights, weekends, holidays during snow and other emergencies. Applicants will be required to furnish their own tools. Hourly wage of $21.77 per hour.
