NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF
EMERGENCY RULE
This notice is published pursuant to s.
227.26 (2) (e), Stats. On June 25, 2020,
the Joint Committee for Review of
Administrative Rules suspended Emergency Rule 2002, an emergency rule of
the Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection, relating to residential rental practices. The motion to
suspend the emergency rule was made
by Representative Neylon and seconded
by Senator Craig. The vote on the motion
was Ayes, 6 (Nass, Ballweg, Stroebel,
Craig, Neylon, Quinn); and Noes, 4
(Larson, Wirch, Hebl, Subeck). The
emergency rule, as suspended by the
committee, relates to the prohibition of
late fees and penalties for the nonpayment of rent during a public health
emergency and for 90 days following
expiration of a public health emergency.

NOTICE OF PARTIAL SUSPENSION OF
EMERGENCY RULE
This notice is published pursuant to s.
227.26 (2) (e), Stats. On June 25, 2020,
the Joint Committee for Review of
Administrative Rules suspended SECTIONS 1. and 2. of Emergency Rule
2007, an emergency rule of the Department of Administration – Division of
Personnel Management, relating to limited term employment and absence
provisions. The motion to partially suspend the emergency rule was made by
Senator Stroebel and seconded by
Senator Nass. The vote on the motion
was Ayes, 6 (Nass, Ballweg, Stroebel,
Craig, Neylon, Quinn); and Noes, 4
(Larson, Wirch, Hebl, Subeck). SECTIONS 1. and 2. of the emergency rule,
as suspended by the committee, relate to
administrative leave for limited term
employees.

Children and Families, relating to DCF
rule suspensions and modifications related to COVID-19. The motion to partially
suspend the emergency rule was made
by Representative Neylon and seconded
by Senator Nass. The vote on the motion
was Ayes, 6 (Nass, Ballweg, Stroebel,
Craig, Neylon, Quinn); and Noes, 4
(Larson, Wirch, Hebl, Subeck). SECTION
14. of the emergency rule, as suspended
by the committee, relates to changes to
the child support lien docket.
