NOTICE OF SALE OF TIME-SHARE ESTATE OR ESTATES UNDER CHAPTER 707 OF THE WISCONSIN STATUTES

By virtue of the Declaration of Condominium for Inn at Glacier Canyon Vacation Owners Association, Inc. (the "Declaration") dated 7/19/2006 and Recorded 7/20/2006, Page 137 as Document No. 912796 of the Register of Deeds for Sauk County, and all amendments thereto, and Chapter 707 of the Wisconsin Statutes establishing a lien for failure to pay assessments on the time-share estate (or estates, if more than one) held by the time-share owner (or owners, if more than one) listed below, the time-share estate (or estates, if more than one) will be sold at public auction, commencing at 10 o'clock a.m., on September 5, 2018, at Sauk County Courthouse, 515 Oak Street, Baraboo WI, 53913, Wisconsin.

Timeshare Owners and Timeshare Estates listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

TERMS OF SALE: The sale will be conducted as a public auction to the highest bidder for cash (no deposit or credit), subject to the provisions of the Declaration permitting the Association thereunder to have the bid credited to the Debt up to the amount of the unpaid Debt secured by the Declaration at the time of sale. Those desiring to purchase the property will need to demonstrate their ability to pay their bid immediately in cash if their bid is accepted.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: This Foreclosure Sale will be made expressly subject to any title matters set forth in the Declaration, but prospective bidders are reminded that by law, the Foreclosure Sale will necessarily be made subject to all prior matters of record affecting the Timeshare Estate, if any, to the extent that they remain in force and effect and have not been subordinated to the Declaration. The Foreclosure Sale will not cover any part of the Timeshare Estate that has been released of public record from the lien and/or security interest of the Declaration. Prospective bidders are strongly urged to examine the applicable property records to determine the nature and extent of such matters, if any. Pursuant to Section § 707.28 of the Wisconsin Property Code, the Property will be sold in "as is, where is" condition, without any express or implied warranties, except as to the warranties of title (if any) provided for under the Declaration, if any. Prospective bidders are advised to conduct an independent investigation of the nature and physical condition of the Timeshare Estate.
