The local winners are:
Lynx Biosciences, Health IT—Service: A test to analyze a blood cancer patient’s response to specific drugs.
Redox, Health IT—Software: Connecting health care apps with health care organizations to exchange data.

Square Harvest, Agriculture: An app that lets customers shop via smartphone for products from local farms and food producers.
Understory, Business to Business: Weather data analytics.
Polco, People’s Choice: An online platform for citizens to give their views on public policy issues.
The winners were chosen from 35 finalists and more than 180 nominees, judged by a panel of 17 industry experts.
Steve Hannah, former CEO of The Onion, gave the keynote address at the awards ceremony in Madison.
