Those who think there is nothing on the NFL Network worth watching outside of football season might want to tune in Monday at 7 p.m.
That's when NFL Network will be airing the Green Bay-Cincinnati game of Sept. 20, 1992, that saw Brett Favre begin his record-setting reign as Packers quarterback.
Favre came into the game when Don Majkowski was injured and led the Packers to a 24-23 comeback win. Favre went 22 for 39 for 289 yards and two touchdowns, including the game winner to Kittrick Taylor late in the fourth quarter.
NFL Network is available on satellite providers DirecTV and DISH Network and cable company MHTC, which serves the Mount Horeb, Dodgeville and Blue Mounds areas, but not Charter Communications, the Madison area's dominant cable provider.
